An au pair is an enthusiastic person with experience in line of work and affection for children. Most au pairs know what to expect. Still a lot of au pairs are not fully prepared for our Dutch culture. This can lead to stress, depressing feelings and lunging for home. With a view conversations this feeling can disappear! So the au pair and the family can enjoy the time together.
